Part-time Recruiter 15 hours/week

We are looking for support in recruiting commercial personnel for our building cleaning and building surveillance departments. We are a family-owned company in the facility management sector with locations in Berlin and Hannover. For many years, we have been taking care of well-known customers in large office buildings and ensuring cleanliness and top-notch service with our teams. At our company, you will find a familiar atmosphere, flat hierarchies, and a team that works hand in hand.

Tasks

• Recruiting Focus: You will post job ads for our commercial personnel (e.g., cleaning staff and service staff) and review incoming applications.
• Communication: You will conduct initial phone interviews and schedule trial periods. As many of our applicants speak English, you should have no hesitation in communicating extensively in English.
• Administration: You will support contract preparation and work closely with our operational team.
• Comprehensive Insight: Through personnel selection for our various locations, you will automatically gain a deep insight into the areas of project management and operations and learn how modern facility management is controlled.

Qualification

• Studies: You are studying business administration, economics, law, or personnel management (at least 3rd semester).
• Linguistic Skills: Very good German and English skills are essential for daily exchange with our applicants.
• Personality: You work independently, are responsible, and an open, communicative person.
• Schedule: You will support us with 15 hours per week (5 days à 3 hours or at least 4 days).
