Tasks

• Development and implementation of creative social media strategies to reach our target groups on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Creation and editing of appealing content (text, image, video) for our social media channels that increase engagement and reflect our brand values.
• Planning and execution of social media campaigns, including monitoring KPIs and creating performance reports.
• Interaction with our community through responding to comments and messages and fostering a positive dialogue.
• Support in analyzing current trends and the competitive landscape to bring continuous improvements and new ideas into our social media presence.

Qualification

• Experience working with social media platforms like Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Creative writing skills and a good eye for appealing design.
• Basic knowledge of analyzing social media metrics and creating reports.
• Knowledge in designing and producing image and video media for social media.
• Independent and responsible work style with a high degree of self-initiative.
• Fluent German language skills in writing and speaking.
