Part-time / Student Assistant: IT System Administrator (m/w/d)

We are a young IT company from Hamburg with our own infrastructure and data center operation. Our focus lies on IT security, open-source technologies, automation, and the stable operation of complex customer environments.

We accompany companies comprehensively from analyzing their IT infrastructure to developing security concepts and implementing them, as well as long-term maintenance. Additionally, we optimize business processes through technical automation.

Tasks

Tasks and Responsibility Areas

Collaboration in the operation and further development of customer infrastructure

• Technical support and error analysis
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and document disturbances
• Analyze existing IT environments at customers
• Administration, maintenance, and further development of IT infrastructure
• Installation, configuration, and operation of server and client systems
• Implementation of backup and recovery processes
• Support in developing and implementing IT security concepts
• Participation in automation projects and internal tools

Qualification

• Interest in IT security, infrastructure, and automation
• Motivation to work independently and take responsibility
• Learning willingness and technical understanding
• Structured working style
• Passion for open-source technologies
• Familiarity with various operating systems (Linux, Windows, macOS)
• Basic knowledge of network technology
• Bonus: Experience with server & cloud services
