Part Time Night Receptionist (m/w/d)

Citadines is part of the globally successful Ascott Group, currently operating around 800 serviced apartment hotels across all five continents. The Citadines Danube Vienna will thus be our latest addition, which will open its doors in autumn 2023. The attractive Vienna aparthotel is characterized by its modern equipment. For our valued guests as well as employees, we offer a rooftop garden with a bar, a gym, two spacious conference rooms and of course unscheduled access to the hotel's facilities. As a part-time night receptionist (m/w/d), you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable stay at Citadines Danube Vienna. Your tasks will include: - Welcoming guests upon arrival and departure, as well as providing information on local attractions and services; - Handling room reservations and changes; - Processing payments and handling cashless transactions; - Maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the hotel's common areas; - Providing assistance to colleagues in other departments as needed. We are looking for a friendly, service-oriented person who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You should have experience in the hospitality industry and be fluent in English. German language skills would be an advantage. The working hours will be 20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling possible. The salary will be €15.00 per hour.
