As a startup that is revolutionizing the beverage market, we rely on high-quality products, lots of passion, and direct contact with our customers. Now we're looking for you to further expand our presence in retail and bring POLLY into the shelves and hearts of our customer base!

Aufgaben

To your tasks will belong:

• Kundenbetreuung und -beratung: Processing of customer inquiries by phone, email or chat. This includes advising on the product range, prices and delivery conditions.
• Angebotserstellung: Creating individual offers based on customer requirements and wishes. This includes calculating prices and discounts in coordination with the sales team.
• Auftragsbearbeitung: Capturing and processing customer orders in the system. This includes checking product availability, creating order confirmations, and coordinating with the logistics department for delivery.
• Datenpflege und -management: Responsibility for maintaining the customer database and updating customer information. This also includes analyzing customer orders to identify sales trends.
• Zusammenarbeit mit dem Außendienst: Close cooperation with the outside sales team to ensure that customer requirements are met and to provide support in customer acquisition.
• Reklamationsbearbeitung: Acceptance and processing of customer complaints and feedback. This includes investigating the causes and implementing corresponding measures to resolve problems.
• Produktkenntnisse: Building and maintaining comprehensive knowledge about the product portfolio, so that customers can be effectively advised and supported.

Qualifikation

We're looking for team players who are eager to make a difference:

• You have gained first-hand experience in sales through internships, studied business administration or completed a vocational training program
• You have gained first-hand experience with ERP systems (we use Weclapp)
• You can be an easy-going beginner or someone who has switched careers
• You give gas and enjoy setting things up simply and optimizing them over time
• You are the reliability personified
