We are currently looking for a part-time employee (m/w/d) - 20h in the accounting and settlement area, who will support us in building clean financial structures - and thus directly contributes to scaling Eneto.

Aufgaben

• Billing: You prepare invoices based on commissioning protocols and offers for our customers.
• Preliminary Accounting: You maintain and review documents, categorize transactions, and prepare materials for our tax consultant.
• Commission Settlement: You calculate and document commissions for our sales team - structured, understandable, and timely.
• Salary Preparation: You support in preparing the monthly payroll and maintain relevant personnel data.
• Accounting Review: You review incoming and outgoing invoices for completeness and accuracy and ensure a smooth document flow.

Qualifikation

• Studies: You study business administration, accounting, finance, law or a comparable field of study.
• Numeracy: You work precisely, think in structures and lose overview even with recurring tasks.
• Communication: You communicate clearly and concisely in German (min. C1, spoken and written).
• Nice to have: First practical experiences in accounting, e.g., through internships or part-time jobs.
