Part-Time Project Leader Quality (m/w/d) - JN420-12

We are looking for a successful company in the automotive supplier industry specializing in the production of plastic systems. As part of a re-staffing, we are seeking a Part-Time Project Leader Quality (m/w/d) for the Oldenburg/Bremen area.

Tasks

• Point of contact for customers in all quality matters, including complaints and samples
• Implementation of quality planning according to IATF 16949 and relevant VDA volumes
• Responsibility as APQP-Engineer in project management
• Creation of first samples according to PPAP/VDA
• Planning and implementation of product and customer audits including measurement tracking
• Steering of the zero-defect strategy and processing of complaints and field failure analyses
• Implementation of production test runs internally and at suppliers
• Tracking of corrective measures from Run@Rate/2-day productions
• Blocking and labeling products in case of deviations
• Participation in process FMEAs, as well as combining and presenting IMDS data

Qualification

• Completed technical degree or technical vocational training with corresponding further education to technician or master or comparable.
• Addition of internal auditor training (e.g. VDA 6.3) or quality management representative
• Professional experience in a similar position in the automotive industry
• Good English skills in writing and speaking
• User knowledge of MS Office, as well as knowledge of ERP systems
• Basic knowledge of statistics
• Class B driver's license
