We are looking for an experienced part-time project leader for a cross-sectional data warehouse program at a leading financial services provider. In this role, you will be responsible for the further development of the data and reporting landscape and steer complex processes in an agile project environment.

Your Tasks

• Advisory services as part-time project leader for the further development of the data and reporting landscape in finance

• Steering the part-project in an agile setup over all phases from requirement acquisition and prioritization to implementation and go-live

• Concept (analysis and design), implementation, and testing of ETL processes

• Application of agile practices and methods based on Scrum and SAFe using Confluence and JIRA

• Prioritizing features and continuous development of the project backlog

• Building and maintaining milestones as well as the project roadmap

• Preparing and following up on sprint planning meetings

• Communication and coordination with test and release management

• Regular exchange with system architects, release train engineers (RTEs), product owners, and solution teams

• Effective conduct of project meetings as well as sovereign moderation of workshops

Must Requirements

• Extensive experience as part-time project leader in an agile project environment (Scrum and SAFe)

• In-depth knowledge of the concept (analysis and design), implementation, and testing of ETL processes in the data warehouse environment

• Notable experience as a data analyst and in data analysis and modeling within DWH structures

• Secure handling of project management tools Confluence and JIRA

• In-depth banking knowledge

• Verbal and written fluency in German, as well as sovereign moderation skills for workshops

• Experience in steering (part-) projects over the entire lifecycle – from requirement acquisition to go-live

CAN Requirements

• Specific knowledge in the context of overall bank management

• Experience in the areas of Pfandbrief refinancing or own assets / securities

Further Information

The project foresees a 4-day week. A presence on-site for PI Planning events is required approximately every 4-5 weeks.
