Forklift Technician/Engineer – Bucharest/Ploiesti

UTIL SPC, a Romanian company and authorized distributor of the Crown and Hyundai brands in Romania, is expanding its team and is looking for individuals passionate about the technical field for the position of Forklift Service Technician / Engineer, in Bucharest and Ploiesti.

You will work with modern handling and lifting equipment, face diverse technical challenges, and directly contribute to the smooth operation of the machinery used by our clients.

• Diagnose and repair malfunctions on forklifts and lifting equipment, both electric and internal combustion engine;
• Perform preventive maintenance and repair work;
• Identify technical solutions for encountered problems;
• Carry out technical checks and ensure the proper functioning of the equipment;
• Identify the necessary parts for interventions and collaborate with the team for procurement;
• Travel to customer sites, where you will have the opportunity to work with diverse equipment and technologies.

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in forklift repair
• High school or higher education in the field of mechanics, electromechanics, or equipment maintenance;
• Experience in mechanics, maintenance, or equipment repair (forklift service experience is mandatory);
• Knowledge of industrial mechanics, hydraulics, and electrical systems;
• Practical skills, technical thinking, and a desire to find solutions;
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation;
• Basic PC operating skills (MS Office);
• Category B driver's license – mandatory;
• English language knowledge is an advantage.
