IT Support Technician - Mobile Terminals and Hardware Equipment
Job description
The role involves managing incoming requests via phone and ticket system, diagnosing and resolving hardware problems, as well as preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in IT support or similar role is an advantage;
• Solid knowledge of hardware equipment (mobile, scanner, laptop, PC);
• Diagnostic and problem-solving skills for hardware issues;
• Clear and professional communication skills for phone interactions and tickets;
• Organization, seriousness, and user-oriented approach;
• Availability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requests simultaneously;
Description of the job
• Providing telephone and ticket-based support for mobile terminal users and associated IT equipment;
• Diagnosing and resolving hardware problems for mobile terminals, mobile printers, scanners, laptops, and PCs;
• Managing, configuring, and testing equipment before and after interventions;
• Escalating complex cases to senior technical teams when necessary;
• Maintaining records of interventions, equipment, and consumables;
• Performing recurring preventive maintenance activities;
• Collaborating with internal departments for efficient incident resolution;
• Involvement in internal technical projects and administrative activities specific to the IT department;
