Job description:
- provides specialized IT support to users for resolving incidents caused by software/computers/network, both remotely from our headquarters and on-site at our clients' locations;
- actively participates in expansion or implementation works of computer networks at our clients' locations by performing the following activities: crimping patch panels and UTP sockets, mounting switches, routers, APs, installing/configuring computers, peripherals, NAS devices, UPSs, etc.
- prepares documentation and activity reports for clients in the ticketing system.

Minimum requirements:
- knowledge of hardware and software diagnostics and troubleshooting;
- networking knowledge - diagnostics and troubleshooting of computer networks/internet connections;
- knowledge of installing/configuring common software: Microsoft Windows suite, email clients (outlook, thunderbird), Microsoft Office suite software;
