IT Specialist - Systems, Support & Development

Salary

5,000 - 7,500 lei net

Depending on experience; the maximum level will be awarded to the candidate who meets all requirements, including the ERP and hardware aspects.

Description

You will administer Fortza Group's IT end-to-end. The role combines infrastructure and security, IT support for users, as well as internal application development, integrations, and automations.

Important: we are looking for a hands-on specialist who knows how to administer the network and servers, solve user problems, and write code. The role is not just helpdesk, nor is it coordinating an external IT provider.

Responsibilities

- Network administration for all locations: internet, firewall, Wi-Fi, VLAN, VPN.

- Server, virtualization, and storage administration.

- Accounts, email, Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace, licenses, and access rights.

- Backups verified weekly and restore tests monthly.

- IT security: antivirus/EDR, monthly patches, 2FA, GDPR technical measures.

- Daily IT support, with same-day response; critical incidents handled within a maximum of 1 hour.

- Equipment and accounts prepared from day one for new employees; IT inventory updated monthly.

- Development and maintenance of internal applications and reports.

- ERP administration and support; hardware troubleshooting and modernization.

- ERP, CRM/HubSpot, websites, invoicing, and stock integrations; 1-2 automations/integrations delivered monthly.

- Technical documentation and budget proposals and IT priorities.

Requirements

- Proven experience in IT administration and support.

- Experience with ERP and solid hardware knowledge.

- Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN, firewall.

- Windows Server, Active Directory / Entra ID, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.

- Virtualization, backup, and IT security.

- Programming: PHP, JavaScript, Python, or C#; SQL; REST APIs; verifiable examples.

- Very good Romanian and technical English.

- Autonomy, organization, and availability for travel to Fortza locations, only if necessary.

Advantages

- MikroTik (network) or Microsoft (Microsoft 365 / accounts and email) certifications.

- Experience with HubSpot, Power Automate / Make / n8n.

- Video surveillance, access control, IP telephony.

- Category B driver's license.
