Position Purpose

You will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of security systems and related electrical installations. Your role is vital in the process of securing critical infrastructures, directly contributing to national safety.

What you will do (Responsibilities):

• Implementation and Commissioning:
  Coordinate and execute installation, configuration, and integration works for security systems (intrusion detection, CCTV, access control, fire detection), in accordance with technical documentation and current regulations.
• Advanced Diagnostics and Testing:
  Perform functional and technical testing of installed systems, identify and fix malfunctions, optimize equipment and infrastructure performance.
• Maintenance and Interventions:
  Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance, intervening promptly to resolve incidents and minimize downtime.
• Work Coordination:
  Supervise field teams (internal or subcontractors), organize site activities, and monitor adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
• System and Networking Integration:
  Configure and manage network components related to the systems (switches, IP addressing, basic VLANs), ensuring system interoperability.
• Beneficiary Relationship:
  Train end-users on system operation and provide post-installation technical support.

Our Requirements:

·       Secondary or higher education with a technical profile (electrical engineering, electronics, automation, or similar).

·       ARTS accreditation or equivalent – an advantage

·       Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in the installation and maintenance of security systems (CCTV, access control, fire/intrusion detection).

·       Solid experience in structured cabling and route execution (cable trays, PVC conduits, flexible conduits etc.)

·       Basic/intermediate networking knowledge (TCP/IP, equipment configuration)

·       Ability to read and interpret technical plans and electrical diagrams

·       Experience in security system integration

·       ANRE authorization – an advantage

·       Driving license category B

·       Coordination and work organization skills
