Duties of a security systems technician role

• Execution of installation and general maintenance works on equipment and security systems.
• Scheduling installed security systems.
• Instructing the beneficiary on how to operate the installed equipment and systems.

Essential requirements for a security systems technician role

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in the security industry.
• Holding a driving license – category B.
• Knowledge of installing and servicing security equipment, configuring software and applications for security systems.
• Knowledge about detection and signaling at break-in and access control, closed-circuit television (CCTV), Control Access.

This represents an advantage:

• Experience in setting up technical security systems.
• Experience in cabling and installing systems for fire detection, signaling, and alarm.
• Persistent concern for understanding new trends in the security industry.
• Certification for installing security systems.
• Knowledge of Law 333/2003 with subsequent amendments.
