We are currently hiring: IT System Technician

Requirements:

• Graduate of higher education in the IT technical field;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the IT field;
• Knowledge of networks and specific network services: DHCP, DNS (bind), Firewall (iptables), Web Server (apache/nginx), File Share (samba), FTP Server
• Experience in the pharmaceutical market is an advantage;
• Communication skills;
• Ability to provide and transmit information;
• Initiative, receptiveness to novelty, seriousness;
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as installation manuals, materials, or documentation;
• Category B driving license;

Duties

• Responsible for maintaining the internet connection program between the headquarters and the company's other locations, as well as for updating the hard and soft systems ensuring data security;
• Ensures the proper functioning of installed applications and monitors their correct use by company personnel;
• Installation and configuration: Windows (Server & Desktop), Linux;
• MS SQL: Replications, SQL server performance analysis, backup maintenance, T-SQL language knowledge;
• Responsible for installing only licensed software on computers in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 8/1996;
• Maintains workstations in good working order: virus removal, resolving various soft/hard issues;
• Responsible for the proper functioning of equipment, performing current maintenance work, and in special cases, requesting intervention from specialized companies;
• Monitors the preparation of service contracts with specialized companies for authorized interventions on the above-mentioned equipment;
• Takes over all responsibilities specific to the IT department in the absence of colleagues;
• Responsible for requesting offers and purchasing IT equipment;
• Administers and maintains the company's websites;
• Provides assistance to workstation users;
• Maintains an up-to-date record of software licenses used;
• Prepares reports on the company's monthly sales;
• Monitors and updates prices for drugs with fixed prices according to the msf website;
• Respects professional secrecy and the confidentiality of its activity, under the law.
