TECHNICIAN SERVICE & SALES

Emadel Energie SRL is expanding its team and seeking a technician for service and sales, a responsible, technical, and customer-oriented individual who can join a company in full development, specializing in the provision and installation of equipment for the electrical and gas industries.

Responsibilities:

• Installing, configuring, and putting equipment into operation;
• Servicing and maintaining clients in Romania and Hungary;
• Advising clients on technical solutions suitable for their needs;
• Pricing and following up on commercial offers;
• Ensuring client satisfaction through quality services;
• Participating in technical presentations and demonstrations at clients' sites;
• Sustaining the sales process with the team;
• Prioritizing equipment preparation and internal technical support.

Candidates:

• Knowledge and practical experience in mechanical or electrical engineering (major advantage);
• Studies in mechanical or electrical engineering – constitutes an advantage;
• Previous experience in a similar role – constitutes an advantage;
• Knowledge of PC operation;
• English language skills – constitute an advantage;
• Availability for travel within the country and occasionally abroad;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Able to work efficiently both individually and in a team;
• Seriousness, autonomy, and results-oriented.
