Join our Service team as a Service Technician.

Responsibilities:

• Execute activities of troubleshooting/configuring/installing equipment from the Smart ID portfolio; 
• Ensure technical support for hardware devices implemented at clients' companies; 
• Ensure client training on using hardware devices;
• Publish necessary documentation for each intervention (service log/process verbal of delivery and putting into operation);
• Ensure technical support and consulting for clients and Smart ID departments involved in various projects;
• Participate in technical training sessions proposed by manufacturers;
• Verify/maintain spare parts stock, depending on client requirements and repairs made;
• Create and send RMA requests to manufacturers;
• Participate in interventions/maintenance/installation of equipment at clients' sites;

Requirements:

• Middle/Higher technical studies;
• Moderate level English language skills;
• Availability for travel;
• Basic knowledge of hardware (diagnosis, configuration, installation), electronics, mechanics;
• Communication, planning, and organization skills;
• Possitive attitude and client-oriented;
• Team spirit;
• Proactive mindset;
• Prioritization and organizational skills;
• Rigorousness in preparing documents;
• Category B driver's license;
