Service Technician for Electric Tools and Equipment

         We are a developing company, specialized in the distribution and maintenance of a wide range of electric tools and professional equipment for construction, workshops, and gardening (grinders, drills, rotary hammers, compressors, and battery-powered equipment). We are looking for a colleague passionate about technology, organized, and detail-oriented to join our service team.

Requirements:

·        Technical high school diploma (electromechanics, electronics, mechanics, electrical engineering).

·        Relevant experience in diagnosing and repairing electric tools or similar industrial equipment.

·        Category B driver's license (optional)

·        Technical Knowledge:

·        Understanding of the operation of electric motors and electronic control circuits

·        Basic knowledge in electricity and mechanics

·        Basic notions in pneumatic systems (air compressors).

·        Practical Skills: High manual dexterity, use of measuring instruments (multimeter), and workshop tools.

·        Attitude: Responsible, orderly person, capable of working autonomously and oriented towards problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

·        Rapid and correct diagnosis of mechanical, electrical, or electronic faults of equipment arriving at the service center.

·        Performing necessary warranty and post-warranty repairs (part replacement: rotors, stators, gears, switches, electronic modules).

·        Executing periodic maintenance operations (cleaning, lubrication, consumables replacement).

·        Final testing of repaired equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety in use.

·        Identifying and ordering necessary spare parts based on manufacturer's technical diagrams.

·        Maintaining order and cleanliness in the workspace and completing service records.

·        Providing technical support to the Sales Department.
