Apple Product Technician

Main Responsibilities:

• Providing post-warranty counseling to Apple product users via phone and email.
• Preparing service records for equipment that requires repair.
• Diagnostics at both on-site and laboratory levels.
• Communicating with clients regarding order status and repairs.
• Order management and relationships with suppliers.
• Laptop repair, including battery replacement, keyboard replacement, display replacement, and motherboard repair.
• Preparing price offers and managing inventory of spare parts.
• Prioritizing necessary documents for leasing or selling products.
• Billing and collecting costs for services and products offered.
• Traveling to client locations to resolve technical issues and deliver products.
