We are looking for a TEHNICIAN SERVICE specialist in the field of printers and computers to join our team in the technical department. If you have a passion for technology, an ability to resolve technical problems, and a special attention to details, then this position may be suitable for you.

Responsibilities:

• Installing, configuring, and maintaining printing equipment and computers.
• Diagnostics and repair of hardware and software defects.
• Ensuring the correct functioning of print networks and peripheral equipment.
• Performing software and firmware updates according to manufacturer requirements.
• Advising clients on the optimal use of technical equipment.
• Maintaining hardware equipment (printers and copiers, primarily).
• Providing service for equipment such as printers, copiers, multifunctional devices, plotters, computers, etc.
• Administering guarantees for client products in set parameters.
• Maintaining specific documents related to department activities.
