SERVICE TECHNICIAN - Printing, Computing Timisoara

We are looking for a SERVICE TECHNICIAN specializing in the field of printers and computers to join our team in the technical department. If you have a passion for technology, an ability to solve technical problems and a keen attention to detail, then this position may be right for you.

Responsibilities:

• Installation, configuration and maintenance of printing equipment and computers.
• Diagnosing and repairing hardware and software malfunctions.
• Ensuring the correct functioning of printing networks and peripheral equipment.
• Performing software and firmware updates according to manufacturer requirements.
• Advising clients on the optimal use of technical equipment.
• You perform hardware equipment maintenance (printers and copiers, mainly).
• You provide service for equipment such as printers, copiers, multifunction devices, plotters, computers, etc.
• You manage in the set parameters the warranties for the clients' products.
• You manage the documents specific to the department's activity.

To fit in with the MidaSoft Team, it helps to have in-depth knowledge about:

• Troubleshooting, maintaining and configuring printers, copiers, multifunction devices, faxes and plotters, both laser and inkjet;
• Installation, configuration, diagnosis and repair of office equipment, such as PCs, printers, copiers, multifunction devices, plotters, faxes, repairs and configuration of PC systems, configuration of network equipment (routers, etc.).
• PC operating skills, including MS Office;
• Knowledge of English at an intermediate level;
• Driving license category B.

In this regard, regarding studies and experience, the requirements are:

• To have graduated from school / educational institution - secondary / higher technical studies, in the field;
• Specialization / knowledge in electronics – represents an advantage;
• Relevant experience ( + 3 years) in the field, respectively in a similar role.
• Availability of constant travel in the counties: Dolj, Olt, Gorj, Mehedinti.
