Service & Maintenance Technician - Audio/Video/IT&C

We are expanding our team and looking for a Service & Maintenance Technician - Audio-Video / IT&C for the Bucharest/Ilfov area!

In this role, you will ensure the optimal functioning of systems through preventive and corrective maintenance and be involved in configuring and putting new systems into operation.

Solutions you'll work with (depending on projects):

- Pro Audio (audioconferencing, conferencing systems, PA/VA/BGM, tour guide, sound system, cinema)

- Video (LCD Display, LED Display, VideoWall, virtual reality, video production/broadcast)

- Integrare AV/IT (intelligent lighting, BMS, Crestron)

- Digital Signage (display, room booking, wayfinding, content)

- IT & Communications (collaboration, IT hardware, cybersecurity, intercom, time management, customer flow management, data center)

You'll work on B2B projects for clients from industries such as: office buildings, retail, hospitality, events & entertainment, education, museums, medical, public administration, sports arenas, transportation, critical infrastructure, industry, energy & utilities, and finance.

• Perform maintenance and service activities at client locations for audio-video / IT&C systems.
• Erect preventive and corrective interventions to maintain system functionality.
• Detect defects, identify causes, and propose rapid solutions for problem resolution.
• Configure software applications and intervene promptly to resolve incidents.
• Collaborate with the Service Team to quickly solve and close requests.
• Analyze recurring incidents and recommend replacement parts, equipment, or consumables needed.
• Prepare maintenance reports and technical files for all interventions performed.
• Install new equipment and ensure correct connection in existing infrastructure.
• Perform technical operations to extend systems (cabling, connecting, configuring etc.).
• Configure new equipment and put systems into operation, ensuring correct integration with the existing network.
• Optimize system performance, adapting it to client needs and requirements.

📌Profilul tău

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a technician in service, maintenance, and configuring equipment Audio-Video / IT&C.
• Advanced knowledge in voice/data networking and structured cabling.
• Certifications from top manufacturers in the audio-video / IT&C domain – major advantage in determining salary.
• Knowledge of commissioning – advantage.
• Driving license – advantage.

• Paying attention to details, good diagnosis, and orientation towards solutions.
• Organizing and documenting interventions (reports, technical files).
• Clear communication with internal teams and clients.
• Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and adaptation to new technologies.
