Technical Service

Ensure maintenance and service for printing systems.

Programming and configuring installed equipment.

Ensure beneficiary training on using and maintaining equipment.

Ensure nominal functioning of company-owned equipment;

Ensure material and equipment management necessary for service activity;

Complete the service report and logbook after each intervention;

Inform superiors about special aspects arising in connection with assigned tasks;

Certifications

Higher education degree (technical profile);

Electrical engineer, mechanic, electrician, or copy technician profile;

Between 2 and 5 years of experience in the field.

Experience in installation, commissioning, and maintenance of large-format printers, copiers, or similar equipment;

Knowledge about specific printing processes and machinery.

Basic IT knowledge: medium to advanced operating systems, software RIP

Availability for travel

Mandatory English level - medium to advanced
