- Knowledge about installing/configuring/depaning/mentaining IT equipment and various software systems
- Average knowledge about computer networks

- A person enthusiastic about working with deadlines and SLAs
- Middle-level English language proficiency
- Driving license category B.
Advantages:
- Experience in POS equipment service, peripherals (barcode readers, cash registers, etc.)
- Knowledge about SQL, courses, and certifications in the database domain
- Experience with specific applications for diagnosing different hardware components (HDD, COM, CPU)
- Knowledge of/using software applications for retail.

- Installing/configuring/administering equipment/software solutions
- Implementing necessary connections for POS systems, barcode readers, cash registers, verifiers, etc., according to projects
- Ensuring user training on the operation of equipment/software solutions in our company's portfolio
- Performing service/reparations/mentainance at client locations for equipment/software solutions in our portfolio
- Providing technical assistance for installed systems
- Resolving assigned requests within access limits and transferring the rest to the programming team
- Collaborating with the team to identify the correct cause of a problem.
