Service Technician-Optical and Optometric Equipment

Ideal Candidate:

1. Middle or higher technical education;
2. Techincal skills; experience as an optician/mounted optometrist is a plus;
3. Good knowledge of the English language (reading and applying technical documentation);
4. Good communication skills;
5. Punctuality, correctness, discipline, sincerity;
6. Driving license category B with at least one year of experience;
7. Availability for travel within the country;
8. Determination to continuously improve professional knowledge and skills.

Your Role:

1. Delivering, installing, and putting into operation optical medical equipment at the client's location;
2. Maintaining corrective and preventive maintenance of delivered/installated equipment;
3. Diagnostics and troubleshooting technical defects remotely or on-site;
4. Training the client's personnel for correct use of delivered/installed equipment; providing remote or on-site technical assistance;
5. Collaboration in a technical team to ensure prompt and high-quality services;
6. Promoting equipment from our portfolio, characteristics, attributes, and benefits offered by these.
