Service Technician – Equipment & Software Solutions

We are looking for a technical colleague, curious and solution-oriented, who is comfortable both working with hardware equipment and identifying and resolving software issues.

If you enjoy understanding how things work, repairing, installing, and helping people use technical solutions, we might be a perfect match.

What you will do

• You will perform diagnostics and repair of technical equipment;
• You will carry out installations and configurations of software applications;
• You will provide technical support to clients and team colleagues;
• You will conduct client training sessions, explaining clearly and simply how to use the solutions;
• You will participate, occasionally, in trips within the country, depending on projects — approximately 10% of the time;
• You will identify problems and find practical, efficient solutions tailored to client needs.

What we are looking for

• Completed university studies in a technical / engineering field;
• Passion and solid knowledge in the technical-electronic field;
• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Hardware, Engineering, Service/Repairs, Telecommunications, or similar fields;
• Category B driver's license;
• Availability for occasional trips within the country, depending on projects;
• English language – conversational level;
• Dexterity and practical skills;
• A punctual, responsible, sincere, and organized person;
• Positive attitude and team spirit;
• The ability to communicate clearly and find solutions when unforeseen situations arise.

It is an advantage

We would be pleased if you have experience with one or more of the following:

• Fiscal equipment – cash registers and fiscal printers;
• Software solutions for HoReCa and Retail;
• Label printing equipment – Zebra, Honeywell;
• Retail technical equipment – barcode scanners, POS systems;
• Installation and configuration of software applications;
• Experience in service and maintenance for technical equipment.
