We are looking for a passionate and solution-oriented technician to join our team and offer high-quality support to clients in the HoReCa industry.

Main responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing professional espresso machines (boiler, pump, groups, electronics, hydraulic)

• Performing regular maintenance checks and operations

• Installing and setting up equipment at the client's location

• Advising clients on correct usage and maintenance of equipment

• Completing service records and reporting interventions

• Maintaining professional relationships with HoReCa clients

Requirements

• Experience in technical service (ideal in the espresso machine or HoReCa equipment domain)

• Basic knowledge of electricity, mechanics, and hydraulics

• Diagnostic and problem-solving skills

• Category B driving permit

• Seriousness, attention to detail, and client orientation

• Availability for field trips
