Service Technician

Profile of the ideal candidate:

Studies and/or experience in the maintenance of industrial equipment;
Organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented person;
Good ability to work in a team and collaborate with colleagues;
Desire for continuous learning and professional development;
Knowledge of English is an advantage;
Driving license is a plus.

Receiving pumping equipment and associated components from Service, Workshop, or directly from the client departments;
Identifying the necessary spare parts by interpreting drawings, schematics, and technical documentation;
Diagnosing malfunctions and establishing remediation solutions, in collaboration with the technical team;
Cleaning, repairing, or replacing components necessary to bring the equipment back to optimal operating parameters;
Communicating to the Service department the components that need replacement;
Verifying the installation, operation, and maintenance of equipment according to technical specifications;
Assembling and testing pumping units and associated equipment before delivery;
Documenting the tests performed by archiving photo/video materials;
Participating in assembly, commissioning, and repair activities at client sites;
Formulating recommendations for design improvement and defect elimination;
Observing and coordinating occupational safety regulations, work schedule, and material requirements.
