Service Technician Cluj

Main Responsibilities

• Carries out service, repair, and maintenance activities at the Karcher Cluj point of work and at clients' premises for equipment from the company's portfolio.
• Tests, assembles, and puts into operation Commercial, Professional, and Industrial equipment sortiment.
• Instructs user personnel.
• Monitors and performs periodic technical inspections.
• Manages and maintains own inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment.
• Meets sales and repair targets.
• Ensures technical support to clients and users of equipment;
• Follows up on service contracts;
• Maintains and develops existing client relationships;
• Reviews and repairs equipment purchased by third parties;
• Ensures training at clients' premises of user personnel regarding the operation of such equipment;
• Gets involved in increasing customer satisfaction.
• Prepares specific activity documents, namely: warranty certificate, instruction sheets for maintenance personnel or end-users, and repair/intervention reports, as well as orders for spare parts.
• Prepares offers for repair services requested by beneficiaries, along with the necessary material quantities;

Requirements

• Middle / higher technical education
• Experience in repairing industrial equipment (experience in repairing municipal equipment is an advantage)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Availability for travel in the interest of service, 80% of working time
• Middle-level English knowledge
• Solid PC skills (Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook).
• Driving permit: category B
