Service Technician Bucharest

Major Areas of Responsibility

• Performs service / repair / maintenance activities at customer premises for equipment in the company's portfolio.
• Tests, installs, and commissions equipment from the Commercial, Professional, and Industrial range
• Trains user personnel
• Monitors and performs periodic technical inspections
• Manages and maintains Own Parts, Tools, and Equipment
• Fulfills sales and repair plan
• Provides technical support to customers, equipment users;
• Monitors the execution of service contracts;
• Maintains and develops relationships with existing customers;
• Inspection and repair of equipment purchased by third parties;
• Ensures on-site training of equipment user personnel regarding their operation;
• Involves itself in increasing customer satisfaction.
• Prepares specific documents for the activity carried out, namely: warranty certificate, training sheets for beneficiary's maintenance personnel or for the beneficiary themselves, minutes of findings for repair/service intervention, orders for spare parts;
• Prepares price offers for inspection/repair works requested by beneficiaries, as well as the quantities of materials needed;
  
  
  Requirements
• Secondary / higher technical education
• Experience in repairing industrial equipment (experience in repairing municipal equipment is an advantage)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Availability for business trips, 80% of working time
• Solid PC skills (Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Driver's license: category B
