In your capacity as JURA Coffee Machine Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing professional and household coffee machine equipment, both in the workshop and at clients' locations throughout the country. Your role is essential in providing an impeccable user experience for JURA equipment users and supporting our reputation as top products on the horeca and retail markets.

How do we define success in this role?

• All technical interventions (service, repairs, installations) are completed on time and according to JURA standards.
• Clients report a high level of satisfaction and recommend our services.
• The documentation in the internal application is complete and updated 100% of the time.
• Collaboration with the internal team (sales, logistics, support) is fluid and proactive.

Responsibilities

• You will install, maintain, and repair JURA coffee machines in the workshop or at clients' locations, anywhere in the country.
• You will provide technical support to clients (at the company's location, by phone, or via email) with promptness and professionalism.
• You will register all information about products entering service in the internal application.
• You will prepare and verify delivery documents for products sent to clients.
• You will handle and prepare products for transport, ensuring adequate packaging and safety conditions.

Qualifications

Experience in a similar role or solid knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic aspects of coffee machines.

Communication skills, both verbal and written.

Spirit of teamwork, collaborative, and open to feedback.

Attention to detail and respect for procedures.
