Network Technician - Telecommunications and Maintenance - Giurgiu

• Install and put into operation at the client's location the necessary access equipment (VPN, IPFix, IP Transit, DSL, FTTX, ISDN, leased circuits, internal networks, etc.) to contribute to providing services to clients in accordance with contractual obligations and established standards;
• Perform post-sales service activities and preventive maintenance at the client's location, in accordance with contractual obligations and technical procedures for maintenance, in order to ensure efficient operation of equipment/systems;
• Identify network disruptions; perform corrective maintenance using electronic testing devices, measurement, and monitoring tools to identify the problem, evaluate the cause, isolate and restore the disruption, thus contributing to improving customer satisfaction by reducing downtime for service;
• Participate in training programs to which you are invited (periodic SMSSO training);
• Ensure permanent contact with clients to resolve their requests for new services or repair of disruptions, inform them about the status of solutioning these and confirm that all requests have been fully met;
• Maintain and promote company standards by providing high-quality services and a professional attitude towards all clients;

• Telecommunications - medium-level knowledge about transmissions, switching, monitoring, and operating telecommunications equipment;
• Courses CCNA represent an advantage;
