Coffee Machine Repair Technician

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and identifying malfunctions of espresso machines and professional coffee equipment;
• Performing repair work and replacing defective components;
• Installing, commissioning, and configuring espresso machines at customer premises;
• Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance work;
• Verifying and testing equipment after repairs;
• On-site interventions at customer premises for diagnosing and solving technical problems;
• Identifying the causes of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and electronic malfunctions;
• Dismantling, cleaning, repairing, and reassembling equipment components;
• Adjusting and calibrating equipment for optimal performance;
• Checking water supply, drainage, and electrical connections;
• Adhering to service procedures and technical instructions;
• Documenting interventions and completing service reports;
• Properly managing tools, spare parts, and work equipment;
• Collaborating with the technical team and customer representatives to resolve incidents;
• Providing technical support and explanations to customers regarding equipment usage and maintenance.

Requirements:

• Experience in a technical role is an advantage;
• Basic technical knowledge in mechanical and/or electrical fields;
• Technical dexterity and the ability to work with specific tools and equipment;
• Ability to identify and solve technical problems;
• Attention to detail and focus on quality of work;
• Ability to work both independently and in a team;
• Seriousness, punctuality, and responsibility;
• Good communication and customer relationship skills;
• Category B driving license;
• Availability for travel to customer sites.

Is an advantage

• Experience in professional espresso machine servicing;
• Experience in HoReCa servicing;
• Knowledge of pumps, solenoid valves, boilers, coffee groups, and grinders;
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems;
• Knowledge of electrical and electronics;
• Experience in diagnosing and repairing professional equipment;
• Experience working with measuring instruments and technical tools.
