Job description
Purpose of the Post
Ensuring technical assistance and repair services for equipment commercialized by the company - POS.
Description of Responsibilities:
- Ensure correct and complete data transfer for each request received from beneficiaries of contracts concluded with the company
- Provide technical support via phone/email to beneficiaries of contracts/projects concluded with the company
- Provide technical support via phone/email to colleagues
- Repair and test equipment functionality
- Realize various configurations/settings on equipment according to established procedures
- Ensure evidence and verify inventory of POS equipment, both physical and scriptic
Requirements:
- Knowledge of hardware/software IT equipment
- Experience with specific applications for diagnosing different software/hardware components
