• Technical knowledge: electronics, radio communications, voice and data communications, information technology, and power supply systems. • English language: minimum B1 level. • Driving license: category B, valid. • Aptitude: meeting the medical and psychological requirements applicable to air transport safety personnel and obtaining, upon hiring, a fitness certificate for the position and corresponding occupational risks. • Airport security: acceptance and promotion of standard and in-depth background checks, which are necessary for access to restricted areas of security. (4) Skills and availability • rapid and concise communication, organization of activities and working time, and efficient information management; • quick thinking, analytical capacity, and adaptation to operational situations; • advanced computer operating skills; • stress resistance, responsibility, and teamwork capacity; • availability for the specific schedule during the training period and, after licensing, for daily and/or shift work, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, respecting working and rest time as provided by law and the applicable collective bargaining agreement; • aptitude for working at height, confirmed by the occupational medicine examination related to the risks of the position.
