Our company is looking for a passionate and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. If you are a proactive person with solid technical skills and a positive attitude, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

- Practical experience in a technical field: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, building maintenance or operation;
- Basic technical knowledge and the ability to understand how a building's installations function;
- Dexterity and inclination towards practical activities;
- Ability to identify and diagnose common technical problems;
- Basic knowledge of electrical installations and the use of measuring devices;
- Availability to learn and familiarize yourself with the existing installations at the location;
- Seriousness, responsibility, and the ability to work autonomously;
- Experience with HVAC, AHU, boiler rooms, pumps, BMS, or other technical installations is an advantage, but not mandatory.

We are primarily looking for a technical, practical, and curious person who understands how things work and is willing to learn. Advanced experience in all types of installations is not required, as familiarization with the equipment and location specifics will also be done internally.
