Security Systems Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a Security Systems Maintenance Technician to join our team in Bucharest-Ilfov, Brasov, and Buzau. A person who has solid technical skills in the field and is eager to participate in large-scale projects alongside our colleagues from Maintenance and Technical Support. His/her main objectives will be the installation, configuration, and maintenance of security and safety systems, directly at the beneficiaries' locations.

Responsibilities

• Installs and commissions Security and Safety Systems (Video Surveillance, Intrusion Detection, Fire Detection, Perimeter Security, Access Control, Time Attendance, Intercom Systems, Integrated Systems);
• Carries out maintenance and service activities at the beneficiaries' locations for security and safety systems (cleaning, repairs, functionality tests, commissioning, etc.);
• Performs preventive/corrective interventions;
• Performs technical operations for system expansion (cabling, connections, etc.);
• Configures application software and intervenes operationally to resolve incidents;
• Prepares maintenance reports as well as forms for interventions performed;
• Provides technical support, analyzes causes of defects, and proposes a list of spare parts, equipment, and consumables;
• Collaborates with the Service Dispatch team for the resolution and closure of requests.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience as a security systems technician of at least 5 years;
• Knowledge of security and safety equipment;
• ARTS technician certification or equivalent;
• Technical studies in the field or previous qualification courses;
• Certifications obtained from manufacturers such as Bosch, Honeywell, Esser, Siemens, Schrack, UTC, Paradox, DSC, etc., constitute a major advantage in salary determination;
• Knowledge of structured cabling and networking;
• Driving license;
• Availability for planned work with daily routes and aptitude for working at heights;
• Strong desire to assimilate new technologies;
• Responsible, orderly, organized person.
