Senior Maintenance Technician / Supervisor

Texmo Blank Romania is looking for a Sr. Maintenance Technician / Supervisor, with solid experience in industrial maintenance, who can actively contribute to coordinating and streamlining maintenance activities at our factory in Timisoara.

This position is addressed to professionals who have worked in an industrial production environment and desire a role with extended responsibility.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and technical support for the maintenance team
• Planning and tracking preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Diagnostics of complex machine tool defects
• Collaboration with production to optimize equipment performance
• Suggesting technical improvements and solutions for increasing reliability

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in industrial maintenance / machine tools (ideal: Strunguri, Freze, Prese, CNCs)
• Solid knowledge of mechanics (hydraulic and pneumatic – advantageous)
• Experience in coordinating or mentoring other technicians
• Organizational and communication skills
• Proactive attitude and solution-oriented mindset
• Experience in a production factory constitutes an important advantage
