Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our technical maintenance team. The main goal of this role is to ensure correct/preventive maintenance of production equipment, guaranteeing a high level of machine availability and supporting the achievement of production plan in optimal safety and quality conditions.

✅ Main responsibilities:

🔧 Corrective maintenance:

• Diagnostication of technical defects using appropriate instruments and feedback from operators
• Repairing equipment according to functioning standards (capacity, quality)
• Ensuring the quality of repairs without improvisations, with priority for safety
• Recording interventions in SAP system and updating used parts
• Validating interventions together with the operator, inspector, and line leader
• Ensuring cleanliness at the workplace and accurate recording of intervention time
• Participating in analyzing defect causes and proposing solutions for preventing reappearance
• Respecting priorities established by hierarchical management

🔄 Change reference:

• Guaranteeing functional integrity of devices
• Managing device exchange between departments
• Ensuring rapid line restart after change reference

🧰 Preventive actions:

• Participating in planned maintenance activities
• Monitoring safety and quality devices
• Prioritizing operations (verifications, spare parts, tools)
• Suggesting improvements for optimizing planned maintenance
• Implying in the process of accepting new equipment from a maintenance perspective
• Collaborating with the team to review and improve the preventive maintenance plan

🎯 Requirements:

• Absolvent of an industrial high school or vocational school with mechanical/electromechanical profile
• Solid knowledge of technical drawing, hydraulics, pneumatics, and automation
• Knowledge of operating SAP constitutes an advantage
• A person who is organized, dynamic, with a constructive attitude and team spirit

1. Urlati, Albesti, Valea Calugareasca, Bucov, Tantareni, Ploiestiori, Blejoi, Buda - Parc Industrial

2. Moreni, Ghirdoveni, I.L. Caragiale, Darmanesti, Zalhanaua, Stoienesti - Parc Industrial

3. Bratasanca, Filipestii de Targ, Nedelea, Aricestii Rahtivani - Parc Industrial

4. Routes in Ploiesti:

• Bariera Bucuresti, Gara De sud, Cioceanu,/Dominisori, spital CFR, OMV, Lamaita, Strejnic - Parc Industrial
• Capat traseu 7, Mihai Bravu, hotel forum (langa mall AFI), BCR, Republicii, Lidl Nord, Kaufland

Our offer:

• Salary NET: 5000-5500 RON
• Contract for an indefinite period
• Overtime bonus: 25%
