Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:

• Executes maintenance, repair, and predictive maintenance activities on production equipment within its area of responsibility, according to planning;
• Performs diagnostic testing and removal of complex defects that occur in machinery and installations;
• Replaces components, aligns, and adjusts using precision tools and high-precision devices;
• Interprets technical drawings and diagrams specific to equipment – hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical assembly designs;
• Creates sketches for mechanical parts that are to be executed or reconditioned;
• Identifies and proposes solutions for improving the functioning and repair of production equipment, as well as modernizing them;
• Scales knowledge through training and guidance to colleagues;
• Verifies dimensional deviations in replaced parts.

Requirements:

• Experience in specific maintenance and repair activities for industrial equipment – experience with thermal treatment processes is an advantage;
• Bilingual skills for reading and interpreting technical drawings;
• Ability to read and interpret hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical diagrams;
• Middle-level studies in a specialized field - preferably mechanical engineering;
• Computer operating knowledge.

• Lunch tickets:  40 lei/ ticket / working day;
• Vacation vouchers 1100 lei/year, considering the set of principles for employee qualification for receiving vouchers: seniority, attendance, performance, discipline. Employees hired by the end of the previous year will receive their vouchers in February, while those hired in the first half of the year will receive them in November;
• Easter bonus: 300 lei;

• Gift tickets 150 lei awarded on June 1st for each minor child of employees;
• Fuel reimbursement – up to a maximum of 250 lei / month. Eligible employees are those who live more than 20 km away from the factory, do not use public transportation, and do not have company-organized transportation.
