Job description

We are looking for a colleague for a partner in Oltenita, for the role of Maintenance Technician, to ensure the operation of production machinery and installations.

What you will do:

· Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation equipment

· Intervene in breakdowns and logically search for the cause of the defect, not just replace parts

· Check engines, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, transmissions, and fans (noise, vibration, temperature, lubrication)

· Interpret alarms and fault codes from frequency converters (VFD), PLC, and HMI

· Apply LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) procedures and isolate energy before intervention

· Perform functional tests before restarting equipment

· Record interventions, parts used, and causes of defects in the maintenance log

· Work together with Production, Quality, and Engineering


What we are looking for:

· Technical studies

· Experience in industrial maintenance, production, or technical installations

· Practical knowledge of mechanics and electricity; pneumatics, hydraulics, and automation are an advantage

· Ability to read technical diagrams, drawings, and manuals

· Ability to use measuring instruments and diagnostic tools

· Knowledge of SSM and LOTO rules

· Possess the legal authorizations required for regulated work, where applicable

· Be disciplined, communicate well, and work in a team
