Maintenance Technician - Mechanic/Electromechanic/Adjuster

Location: Sanpaul, Industrial Zone, no. 6D, Mures County Contract Type: Permanent Program: Full-time

Responsibilities:

· Identifies defects and remedies them in the shortest possible time;

· Identifies the causes of defects and proposes solutions for resolution;

· Responds promptly to requests from the production area;

· Correctly and timely completes the documents (physical, electronic) associated with the performed activity;

· Verifies, according to the maintenance plan, the condition of production equipment, auxiliary equipment, the state of the infrastructure and related installations;

· Ensures that equipment and installation downtimes are reduced to a minimum

· Performs preventive and curative maintenance of production equipment;

· Proposes improvements to maintenance methods;

· Ensures the operation of security systems and equipment in accordance with safety regulations;

· Performs all maintenance and repair activities for installations and equipment within defined time and quality parameters, respecting all occupational safety rules and adopting a preventive attitude for the protection of colleagues in the work area

· Ensures qualitatively and quickly all production and infrastructure elements to enable the smooth running of production processes in optimal conditions.

· Manages the supply needs for special works (spare parts, consumables, and materials) in compliance with the company's internal policies;

· Adjusts production equipment;

· Technically validates service activities performed by external organizations;

Requirements:

· Specialized studies, mechanical/electrical/electromechanical profile

· Good communication and organizational skills

· Creative thinking and proactive attitude
