Job description
Kulzer SRL is originally a German company, currently part of the Japanese group Mitsui Chemicals. Kulzer established a new branch in Romania in 2013. In 2014, several production lines were transferred to the new factory in Săcălaz.
We produce medical materials used in dental offices and dental technology.
Main Responsibilities:
- carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance activities for production equipment
- disassembly, inspection, maintenance, and reassembly of machine filling heads for cleaning and sanitization;
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, and automated production equipment, including pneumatic, hydraulic systems, PLC/HMI, servo drives, frequency converters, and industrial robots (Stäubli, Epson, etc.)
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of printers and labeling/marking systems, including adjustments and component replacement
- Participation in the installation, relocation, commissioning, and optimization of production equipment;
- Creation of technical drawings and measurements necessary for the manufacturing, modification, and refurbishment of spare parts, as well as collaboration with suppliers for the implementation of technical solutions.
- Compliance with safety requirements, internal procedures, and applicable standards
Requirements:
- Solid knowledge of industrial electricity and reading electrical diagrams;
- Knowledge of industrial mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics and interpretation of technical drawings
- Experience in diagnosing and repairing automation systems, PLCs, sensors, electric motors, servomotors, and frequency converters;
- Availability for shift work and interventions outside of working hours, when the situation requires it
- Knowledge of English at a technical level for using documentation and communicating with suppliers
- Knowledge of using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Working schedule: 2 shifts
