Maintenance Technician

1. Main objective of the job:

Execution of technical maintenance and operation works, ensuring optimal functioning of equipment and installations.

2. Main responsibilities:

• Verification of equipment status in technical spaces
• Repairing defective equipment and installations
• Participation in maintenance, repair, and technical inspections
• Preparation of necessary materials for works
• Maintenance of infrastructure and interventions on equipment and installations
• Participation in receiving technical equipment
• Monitoring subcontractor activities
• Use of the CAFM (ManWinWin) platform
• Preparation and verification of technical documentation (reports, work situations etc.)
• Participation in inventorying assets
• Respect for SSM, PSI, Emergency Situations, and environmental protection norms
• Involvement in permanent service (on-call) – max. 3 days/month
• Support in specific winter activities (snow removal)
• Participation in the fire brigade collective, as needed

3. Requirements:

Education: medium
Qualification: installer, electrician or similar

5. Responsibilities regarding SSM, PSI, and Environment:

• Correct use of work equipment
• Strict respect for safety and health at work norms
• Participation in SSM training and evacuation exercises
• Prevention of fires and respect for internal rules
• Management and selective collection of waste
• Preservation of confidentiality

6. Program and conditions:

• Daily program: 07:00 – 18:00 (flexible/adaptable)
• Possibility of travel for service purposes (reimbursed according to internal policies)
• Permanent service system (on-call) with specific compensation, according to CIM
• Interventions during the permanent service period are considered working hours and compensated accordingly, according to legal provisions

7. Remuneration:

The salary is established upon signing the Individual Labor Contract.
Payment is made through bank transfer or cash (upon explicit request from the employee).
