Electromechanical Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:
Ensures the proper functioning of production equipment and machinery.
Performs preventive maintenance operations according to the maintenance plan.
Analyzes the causes of malfunctions, remedies problems, ensures their recurrence is prevented.
Provides technical consultation for complaints and modifications made to machinery.
Observes and assesses the actual condition of components and determines the cause of their wear.
Determines and orders spare parts and intervention parts (quantity, quality) to ensure the proper functioning of production means. Skills in using technical documentation.
Provides service for equipment within the manufacturing lines.
Analyzes the causes of failures, determines the type and method of defect and failure removal, finds ways for subsequent prevention. Identifies and resolves technical problems that arise in the work process.
Cleaning machinery and changing consumables.

Requirements:
Knowledge related to automation, electrical, and mechanical parts.
Experience in a production factory.
Knowledge of machinery maintenance.
Advantage: experience or qualification in the technical/machinery maintenance or production field.
Availability for shift work.
