Maintenance Technician - (Electrical/Plumbing)

Our company is expanding its team and is looking for a Maintenance Technician for maintenance activities of the installations in the facilities under administration. Both candidates with experience in electrical installations and those with experience in plumbing, heating, or HVAC installations are encouraged to apply.

• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance work for the installations in the assigned facilities;
• Diagnosing and rectifying malfunctions that occur;
• Verifying the functionality of equipment and installations;
• Carrying out interventions on electrical installations or plumbing, heating, and HVAC installations, depending on qualification and experience;
• Completing intervention documents and reporting on activities carried out;
• Compliance with OSH (Occupational Safety and Health), Fire Safety (PSI), and internal procedures.

• Electrician or plumber qualification;
• Experience in maintenance activities is an advantage;
• Specific technical knowledge in the field of activity;
• Seriousness, responsibility, and problem-solving orientation;
• Category B driver's license is an advantage.
