JOBCALL: MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – BUCHAREST (CTP Dragomiresti)

We are looking for a dynamic team player to join our technical infrastructure maintenance team at one of the largest courier companies in Romania! Cargus is waiting for you!

What you will do in this role:

You will provide user support for the correct use of applications and technical equipment and IT

You will ensure error and problem resolution in the information system, respecting the agreed-upon time frame

You will collaborate with internal and IT teams to implement specific department projects

You will manage peripheral equipment and accessory stock

You will actively contribute to the functioning and development of the information system, through planning, testing, integration, and maintenance of applications and equipment (Windows and related applications)

What we are looking for in you:

Excellent communication skills

Solid knowledge of PC operation and Microsoft Word & Excel

Experience with mobile equipment (phones, configuring applications, printers, PDA, etc.)

Studies completed in a technical field (Cybernetics, Polytechnic, or similar)

Advanced English language skills

Attention to detail, organizational skills, and team spirit
