Sorting Band Maintenance Technician

Cargus, one of the most important courier companies in Romania, is expanding its technical team and looking for Sorting Band Maintenance Technicians to maintain automated sorting equipment. We are seeking both experienced professionals and eager learners who want to develop their skills in a modern technical environment.

🔧 Responsibilities:

• Predictive and corrective maintenance of sorting bands
• Identifying and rectifying mechanical and electrical defects
• Monitoring equipment performance to prevent unplanned shutdowns
• Collaborating with the operational team to optimize workflow
• Respecting safety norms and internal procedures

🎯 Candidate Profile:

Experienced Technician:

• Experience in industrial equipment maintenance / conveyor belt maintenance
• Solid knowledge of mechanics, electricity, and/or automation
• Diagnostic and rapid intervention skills (availability for travel)
• Experience in logistics centers is an advantage

Junior/Beginner Technician:

• Tech studies (technical high school, vocational school, post-secondary or specialty courses)
• Basic technical knowledge
• Proactive attitude and team spirit
