Mechatronic Technician

Iris Robotics Iași is looking for a dynamic, talented, and passionate Mechatronic Technician to join our team. This role will focus on assembling, testing, troubleshooting robots and 3D printers, as well as providing technical assistance and training to clients. The successful candidate will have experience in creating and designing products using CAD software and be familiar with main electronic components to identify and efficiently solve problems and difficulties encountered by clients.

Requirements

• Passion for mechanical and electrical engineering
• Strong mathematical, analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills
• Experienced user of a CAD design program
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Assembling, testing, and calibrating equipment from our portfolio (humanoid and quadruped robots, 3D printers, 3D scanners, educational robotics kits, and CNC routers)
• Traveling to clients' locations in Romania for equipment installation, training, technical support, and maintenance
• Providing technical assistance and instruction to clients on the optimal use of our portfolio equipment, especially 3D printers and humanoid/ quadruped robots
• Testing, troubleshooting, and service procedures necessary for our portfolio equipment, especially 3D printers and humanoid/quadruped robots
• Interacting with team members from other departments to complete projects and resolve technical issues
• Designing and creating mechanical assemblies and 3D models using CAD software
