Mechanic Technician (Inventory Management)

To better implement our development strategy, we are looking for a Mechanic Technician (Inventory Management). Single shift work program!

Job Description:

·         Ensure the necessary inventory and monitor product stock according to internal norms and decisions, as well as quality standards;

·         Prepare tender requests for spare parts, analyze them, and send the order request to the superior and then to suppliers based on the report/price ratio;

·         Receive physical and written deliveries of spare parts according to placed orders; identify parts by applying SAP labels to each component, placing it physically in designated inventory storage areas, and allocating its location in SAP as well as in an Excel evidence file;

·         Verify weekly lists of used spare parts and scan them, making correct allocation to cost centers;

·         Verify weekly minimum stock levels in SAP, make a correct analysis of the necessary inventory, and based on that, send an order request;

·         Conduct monthly and annual physical and SAP inventories of spare parts;

·         Use calibrated measurement and control tools and report any problems to the direct supervisor;

·         Perform periodic trips with defective parts to mechanical workshops in Sibiu or outside of Sibiu; perform trips to various institutions, as required;

·         Clean and prepare pallets for shipping spare parts and inventory management;

·         Monitor the continuous functioning, safety, and optimal parameters of technical infrastructure and utility systems (cooling, dehumidification, compressed air, vacuum, chillers, ACS systems, motors, and pumps), through preventive and corrective maintenance activities;

·         Provide support to colleagues in the technical department in current activities (assembling robot parts, installing robots, repairing vacuum pumps, repairing motors/servo motors, etc.).

Ideal Candidate:

·         Medium-level technical studies;

·         Mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic knowledge (e.g., cooling, ventilation, pumps, circuits, etc.);

·         Previous experience in inventory management is an advantage;

·         Computer skills for working on a computer and operating usual programs: Word, Excel, internet navigation, and Outlook;

·         Category B driving license;

· Dynamic, punctual, meticulous, persevering, organized, and result-oriented person.
